How many sessions will I need?
The Gold Programme includes eight personalised BWRT® sessions, providing the time and flexibility to work with more complex or long-standing patterns. If additional support is beneficial, we'll discuss the most appropriate next step together.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. BWRT® focuses on the unwanted response rather than a diagnostic label.
Can sessions be online?
Yes. Sessions are available online throughout the UK and internationally, or face-to-face in Guildford, Surrey.
Is BWRT hypnosis?
No. BWRT® and clinical hypnotherapy are separate approaches. If hypnosis would be beneficial, we'll explain why before using it.
What if I'm not sure this is the right programme?
