Who is Kim Barden
Kim Barden is an Advanced BWRT® Practitioner (MIBWRT(Adv)), Clinical Hypnotherapist and Peer Group Leader with over a decade of clinical experience. A member of the International Terence Watts Institute and the Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (APHP), Kim specialises in helping clients break free from anxiety, trauma, OCD, and limiting beliefs. Her approach blends neuroscience, precision, and compassion—guiding clients toward calm, confidence, and lasting transformation. Alongside therapy, Kim offers supervision, mentoring, and structured BWRT® programmes, including Major Life Reset, Destructive Anger, BWRT Plus, and Neural Manifestation. Each programme is designed to create rapid, measurable, and sustainable change from the inside out.

BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® — a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist Terence Watts, MCGI. This unique, science-based approach works directly with the part of the brain that controls automatic responses and emotional reactions.
