She specialises in BWRT® for anxiety, trauma, phobias, emotional triggers, and identity work—helping clients create rapid, lasting change through a calm, neuroscience-driven approach.

Using BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT), hypnotherapy and structured change work, we focus on creating real emotional shifts without reliving painful memories in detail.
This approach is effective for anxiety, trauma, OCD, anger, grief, relationship issues and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are calm, focused and respectful of your pace.
